A lot of hate is being thrown around lately with regards to gay rights, and it gets me angry… does it get you angry? Every instance of a human being getting treated like something less than a human being is a disrespectful slap to our moral consciousness.

I’ve been wanting to really jump back into tumblr for a while but couldn’t find the time. Buuuuut I just re-did my page, hosted it on it’s own URL, and some other boring stuff you probably don’t care to read; the gist of it is that I’m back up and running and this time around instead of just reblogging everything I’m going to actually create as much of my own...

The poetry on tumblr today....
…Is really depressing. Heartfelt poetry is fine, but it’s ok to write something funny or light-hearted from time to time. I think over half of the poems I came across made liberal use of the words “blood” and “heart”.
